Should work well with any whitefish, halibut, snapper.
Ingredients:
- 1 lbs Sablefish
 - 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
 - 1/8 cup Mirin
 - 1 Tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
 - 1 tsp fish sauce (optional)
 
Directions:
- Add fish and liquid ingredients to a resealable bag, expel the air
 - Leave in the marinade for 24-48 hours
 - Heat oven to 450
 - Take fish out, pat dry
 - Put fish on a parchment lined baking sheet, cook for 15 minutes
 - Remove from oven, and remove the bones (nearly impossible with the fish raw)
 - Cut into 4oz portions and serve over rice or sautéed veggies (spinach is a good choice)
